Everything was great until I went to the revolving restaurant on top. There I was treated quite rudely while simply asking if I could be seated. So I left and went to the restaurant on the 1st floor and they were great. I was quite upset with the rude treatment upstairs though. All else was great.

I love the high floor and balcony that you can actually go stand on. I love that it was quiet and wasn't long waits for the elevator. I enjoyed the room attendant although I did not want my room attended she left fresh towels hanging on my door.

It was close to where we needed to be. The view was spectacular. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I didn't see any bugs...I saw some reviews that mentioned cockroaches and bedbugs, but I didn't see any signs of them.
