We were staying overnight primarily to celebrate our son’s birthday. He happens to have Autism and hotel stays and elevators are his thing. Needless to stay, his excitement level was through the roof. The night manager was exceptional… he went above and beyond to bring our son a piece of cake for his birthday, and gave him a “behind the scenes” tour of the elevator mechanic room. Most people aren’t sure what to do with a 15 year old boy who just wants to ride and talk about elevators, and we were very touched that the staff took the time to listen to him and invested some time in him. We had also made a request to be as high as possible, to maximize the elevator rides, and we were given a room on the 17th floor. In addition, the hotel is in a great location for Cincinnati and NKY events, was very clean, and included all of the amenities we needed.

When I arrived to check-in, Cory at the front desk was dealing with a difficult situation. The couple in front of me made their reservation through Priceline but it did not show up on the hotel's reservation. He went back and forth trying to rectify the problem (even checking through Priceline). As the check-in line got longer Cory never lost his cool. He finally rectified their problem. When it was my turn I told him that he was "cool under fire." He was. I also had a buffet breakfast in the restaurant. All the food was good. The two older women working the restaurant were efficient and charming.

Great View at Night but we was on the 15th Floor and got the view of UGLY COVINGTON AKA SCUVINGTON so we didn’t hang out on the balcony much until dark, also the balcony railing was NOT attached to the concrete wall on the LEFT side so it was LOOSE and Wobbly and NOT SAFE especially for a family with small children, thank god we was on a DATE NIGHT and didn’t have our two small daughters under 4 years of age with us or I would have had to complain and request a different room due to safety of our babies

They offer elegant style services but with a laid back atmosphere. The room was nice and comfortable and clean. We loved the view and most of all, our breakfast served to us in the morning. Both restaurants are wonderful and the manager and employees of the Eighteen at the Radisson was super nice. We went to the after party for New Years Eve and got treated like we were special guests. We loved our stay here and we will definitely be back.

The convenient location to the I71. We needed a quick hotel to get out of the bad weather and Kiersten at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Maddy in the restaurant kept us entertained. She is just amazing and we can’t say enough about the 2 girls. The chef ( did not get his name) is a very upstanding person. He stayed behind to make sure Maddy closed up safely. The view of the city was breathtaking.
